Refund Policy
At In Spite, all sales are considered final due to the custom, satirical, and novelty nature of our products and services.
We do not issue refunds for:
- Customer remorse or change of mind
- Items marked as delivered by shipping carriers
- Incorrect shipping information entered by the customer
- Displeasure with the content, tone, or comedic style of gag items
- Misunderstanding of what was ordered
**No Refunds Policy**
By placing an order, you acknowledge that all sales are non-refundable unless specifically listed as eligible below.
**Refunds MAY be considered only under the following circumstances:**
- An item was lost in transit and not delivered within 30+ business days
- A product arrived severely damaged (requires photographic proof within 48 hours of delivery)
- A duplicate order was placed in error within a 24-hour window (processing fees may still apply)
**Pre-Sale Items**
Refunds are permitted for any pre-sale product **only until 48 hours prior to shipment**. After that window, the order is locked, processed, and no longer refundable.
**Refund Process**
To initiate a refund request (if eligible), email us at info@inspite.fun with:
- Your order number
- Reason for the request
- Photo or documentation (if applicable)
All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. We reserve the right to deny any refund that does not meet the outlined criteria.
We do not offer partial refunds for unliked jokes, damaged egos, or broken relationships caused by satire.
